Before Lincoln was our 16th President, before he was a lawyer, before he was an Indian fighter, Abe split wood for a living.
Legend has it, he could split the hardest log with a single stroke of his axe. Of course, at the time he was a beardless young man.
Best displayed in a pastorial setting with a lot of split wood and unsplit wood laying around.
