Andy Kern was a steam mechanic for the ET&NWC Railroad in the mid 20th century. Being a black professional in the mid 20th century in the south was very rare and spoke highly of not only Mr. Kerns skills, but the character of the people he worked with.
Fits anywhere that has at least 3 3/4 inches of head space and an inch all around. Looks best inspecting an Engine.
